Uhm, this is more or less an OCD thing for me, and also from staff experience. The notification thread? The way I usually use it is that a member posts there with a link to their bios. And then, instead of posting that I will be grading the bio, I open the link in another tab, and delete the post. It is then considered to be under-grading.
This way, no two staff are gonna be grading the bio at the same time, unaware of each other. Cause if one person deletes it, the other will be directed to an error, so they'll know it has already been deleted and is thus under staff-grading.
It also cleans up the notif thread, instead of letting it rack up to pages and pages of old notification posts. Just a suggestion.

Ah, not a prob, Flou! It bothers me a bit that it's on the second page already, but I kind of left it to go add inventories and stuff... so I'll go clean it up right meow! Thanks for the suggestion and reminder. c:

maybe the same should be done for the faceclaim reservations thread, just to keep things neat and on the same page.
