Bedtimes were just a restriction put on children to keep them from meeting the monsters that lurked underneath their beds or in their closets. But of course, the monsters were lies invented by the loving parents to coax their children into sleep. But monsters did really exist in the night, Masuyo knew because she was hunting one. Though this monster wasn't a boogeyman lurking underneath her bed. This monster was a boogeyman that prowled the streets of Namimori. Masuyo made her ways through the darkened streets of Namimori wearing a casual outfit consisting of a shirt and shorts. She also wore a blue cloak with the hood pulled over her platinum hair. She was Little Blue Riding Hood tonight, much more dangerous than the other variation. She looked rather young as she was short, barely standing up to five feet, her height was perfect for this mission. It was perfect because as she slithered through the streets of Namimori, appearing as lost and desperate young girl looking for her grandmother. She was quite the opposite, as she was a young girl looking for the wolf. The short figure began to venture into the more brightly lighted and crowded part of Namimori's night. She looked out of place, getting pulled aside from her hunt by sympathetic young women asking if she needed help, she would smile and shake her head sweetly. In the pockets of her cloak rested her boxes, her short staff and her box animal. They were hidden from view, along with her ring. This wolf needed to be fooled and walking around openly with those things would only make him suspicious, she was sure of it. There, she spotted him and stopped in her tracks. Her heart beat beginning to rapidly pound in her chest, each pound measuring her growing feat and anger towards the monster. The prey which was named Rufus McNamara, Mr. Golden Dust. She resumed her pace, her expression innocent and lost. She was a young girl who was separated from her Baasan, her grandmother. She tugged on the monster's sleeve, repeating the lines she had once been practicing. "Mister," she spoke in English, the main language of the target she supposed, "Can y..you help me find my Grandmother? We w-were shopping at a mall and we got separated in a crowd." Fake tears began to fill her eyes as she looked at him with pleading eyes, the eyes of a hunter in disguise. "I c-checked everywhere and I couldn't find her.. Can you help me? I promise to be a good girl, mister!" she appeared as a little girl, nothing more or nothing less. [Rufus McNamara]

Just another night, in this merry town. Nothing special, really. Why he had come here in the first place was truly a wonder, for he had already made quite a name for himself back in the countries of Europe. Well, that was a story for another time. For now, one would simply have to suffice in the knowledge that Rufus was here, and he was looking to enjoy himself as much as possible. For this particular night, though, Rufus was simply left to content himself with an evening walk through the streets and back alleys of the shopping district. True, this was a hunting place for thugs and muggers, but he doubted that he would fall victim to such petty thugs.

He was so much better than that.

He was clad in his usual attire. A yellow black-striped dress shirt with the collars slightly erected, and a white undershirt below. He wore no gloves, but nonetheless kept his hands in his pockets. Draped simply on his shoulder was a plain white jacket, as large as his person was, reaching down to his waist. A pair of pants, with similar design to his shirt, were worn, with ended then in a pair of black loafers. Over his nose, he wore his signature shades, despite the weather. And between his lips, he carried a cigarette, lit to life and blazing with every inhale he took.

To say the least, with every person who walked past, the 7'4'' tall giant was constantly attracting attention. Who would be surprised? Among all of these people, he stood out like a lamp post, drastically towering over them. That, and his natural looks served not to help him blend in either. Whatever the case, he lived with it.

It wasn't long during his walk did Rufus catch sight of a rather peculiar figure in the distance. A girl, evident from the clothing, clad in a blue cloak and approaching him. He blinked. What was this about, he wondered? As the girl came into the minimum distance, that was when Rufus noticed it. He blinked once again, before smirking inwardly. Well, this was interesting.

. "Mister. Can y..you help me find my Grandmother? We w-were shopping at a mall and we got separated in a crowd." Oh, yes. Definitely interesting. He never thought that this would happen to him that night, to come across such an individual in the back streets. He gave a soft smile, belying his intentions, as he nodded his head. "I c-checked everywhere and I couldn't find her.. Can you help me? I promise to be a good girl, mister!"

"Of course, little one~" He replied, his tongue slithering with his mouth, as he allowed that signature grin to come upon his face. Whoever she was, she definitely had not read up on who Rufus really was.
