"Sheesh, are you sure he's the right kid?" spoke a feminine voice quietly in the hallway. "Yeah, he's the bastard's son," spoke a slight deeper male voice. "I don't know about this. He doesn't seem like he'll be a threat if we leave him alone," spoke the female voice again. "That's not for us to decide," spoke the man.
Passing through the hall with his usual smirk on, headed to his next class, was the moderately well known Codie. He was fairly recognized by the other student. The funny guy, who nobody messed with after his past displays of strength. His courage was known through the school as that which no bully could penetrate. Of course, this was just a bunch of formalities that lied underneath him.
Codie, unknowing the events of the day that were going to unfold today, was simply going about this day. His next class was in math, but somehow he could feel the underlying messages in the day that he probably should have stayed home. He was awfully worried today. This was actually because they were being handed their report cards today. Math was probably his best subject, but all he could do was smile and hope that his grade was better than what he expected.
A few waves of his hand at the passing friendly faces that he recognized occurred, though today he strangely remained quiet. It was his usual report card day habit, so people didn't much ask him anything. Codie stood in front of the door to his class, took a deep breath, and then walked in, retaining his look.

Roy was walking in the hallway on his way to math class. When he saw another boy he had no clue who was in the least. Roy looked at the boy standing in front of him. "Hey you going to move or what? I have some important business to get to. "Of course this business Roy referred to was ripping up his report card and throwing it at his teacher. Still this was important to Roy he only got to do four times a year, and he be'd damned if he let someone else get in the way of that. "Hey so you going to move?" Roy asked again.

Codie would turn his head towards the voice of a typical familiar voice. While he wasn't very good with faces, he could easily remember a voice. Considering they were in the same class apparently, this kind of guy would be the type of discrepancy that he would recall. He would look at the slightly younger male with his usual friendly smile, and step aside, letting him pass. "Sorry, I was just busy thinking," before walking into class himself.
The teacher's uproarious voice could shake buildings, the school was no exception. Codie disliked this class, though it was his best class because he couldn't freakin' sleep with that man talking. Luckily enough, his grades weren't horrid, and he would walk out of the class after about 40 minutes. He would look tired as usual after the class, and was looking forward to taking a nap during his last class, Art. Art was another class he could sleep in, as it didn't interest him as much as give him something to do when he was awake, but he passed anyways, as the teacher was keen on waking him up just before he was asleep.
He walked through the hallways, remembering that he only had a few more days left. Codie glanced around feeling as if he was being watched.
"Should we take him out now?" whispered the female voice. "Wait a little while, get him while he hasn't enough witnesses."

Roy simply replied with a whatever and walked into the room. When given his report card he Glanced at it. Straight A's He then walked up to his teachers desk ripped it up very quickly and flung it at him. Then he quietly left the classroom. The teacher was enraged and started screaming. Classes were way to easy Roy pondered maybe skipping a grade or two.
He walked from class to class actually passing the same boy from earlier. Though this boy looked rather anxious then Roy himself had an ominous feeling. Roy looked around and listened. He thought he heard a faint female voice , but that could just be in his head. So The young man dismissed it and wen't to his last class. Though He kept thinking about the voice he heard.

Codie would sit in art class, half dead to say the least. He looked quite tired of the same old art thing. Projects usually lasted a tediously and unnecessarily long amount of time. Codie had finished up a week prior, and it was the final project for the year. Instead he was sketching some stuff in his sketchpad lazily. Some weapon designs he thought of. Of course, his abstract thought process required that they be powered by some sort of alternate power source.
He would chuckle at his end-of-the-year folly and he would stand up. He would look around, until his eyes met the clock, and he saw that class was wrapping up in a few moments. He quickly scrapped together the lot of his stuff and stuffed them into his book bag. Zipping up, he slung the large single strapper over his shoulder, and started off.
By the time he reached the door, the bell had gone off, once again, showing his impeccable timing. Some people said he had enough timing to dodge a bullet. He wasn't exactly too sure about that, but he got around with good timing. As he would walk through the halls, out the door, he would look around and turn to the left, making it to the center of the school's visitor's entrance. It was raining again.
Codie would look at the situation and pulled out his cell phone. His friends made it out and started to chat him up, but he needed better clearness of sound while he was asking for a ride so he slipped around the corner into the side hall to hear better. "Hello? Yeah its Codie. Can I get a ride home?" he would ask the person he contacted. After a short little disappointing conversation, he sighed and hung up. He was going to have to walk through the rain today.

A boy with raven colored, extremely disheveled hair let out a grand yawn as he walked out of his final class of the day with an air of happiness. He was let out a bit early due to his benevolent teacher. Scratching his chest sleepily, he relived the day's events in his mind as he made his way out of the school grounds. His best friend had been absent so he had no one to talk to, leading to an overall boring day. As he reached the exit, he saw through the windows that it was raining. Takumi sighed. He removed the blue jacket he had on, holding it up in front of him. The gaping hole that his bird made from an encounter earlier that week would not be able to protect his head. He put it back on and trudged back to his locker to get his umbrella.
Five minutes later he triumphantly returned to the exit with umbrella in hand. School had officially gotten out so the hallways were packed now. Takumi made his way through, occasionally lightly shoving people out of his way. While making his way, he could not help overhear a conversation about needing a ride home. The boy on the phone gave a defeated sigh before hanging up. Takumi had seen this boy before, in one of his classes, probably. Not willing to face his guilt if he hadn't helped, he approached the boy and conversed with him, staggering the questions to give the boy time to answer if he wanted to. "Hey, its me, Takumi. I think I'm in one of your classes but whatever. Couldn't help overhear that you don't have a ride home. Do you have an umbrella? Do you live far away?" Takumi intended to walk the boy home, offering his own umbrella if he did not have one. It was nothing. Anyone who knew Takumi knew of his habit of bending over backwards for people.

Codie would let out a sigh, wondering how long the rain would be for a bit, but he would quickly lose patience with it, feeling prying eyes from somewhere. He would start to walk, but he would be intercepted by a guy with black hair, which looked quite untidy, offering him an umbrella.
Codie was caught off guard rather quickly, but he declined the offer for an umbrella, "I like the feel of rain. It's relaxing, ya know?" He would then look the guy over one more time. "Oh wait, you're that one guy who is nice to everyone. How's your day been?" He would ask the guy, knowing that the a guy who is nice to everyone is only nice because they want others to be nice to them as well.
Off in the distance, now positioned on the roof, were two figures. Male and female. "Alright then, we're going to pick him off with one shot and call it a day," said the male. The male had slicked back red hair, devilishly good looks, and a rifle that looked like it could punch through 40 feet of cement with no issues. "Alright then. Just keep up the 1:1 shot to kill ratio, and this should be a snap," spoke the woman. The woman looked like a secretary in all respects, brown hair tied in to a bun with business-like clothing with glasses, but several boxes and rings on.
The man took aim down upon their young target, "Say night night, Codie." He would slowly pull the trigger as a loud, muffled 'boom' sounded. Codie jumped a bit in reaction to it, and in this respect avoided the bullet. The air pressure following the bullet, however... Not to much, he was blown back heavily by the rapid air displacement onto his ass a few feet behind himself. "What the hell?" he questioned, in shock. The ground that was once where he stood, had a crater, followed by a hole that stretched into the ground near-endlessly. Codie scrambled to his feet and took cover.

Roy had a hunch that this boy was being followed , good thing he decided to tag along. He had his Crimson hood up as he walked past the two other boys. His hood helped hide who he really was so the other two boys wouldn't know who he was. "I suggest you two get the hell out of here , becuase if you stay I guarantee you will die." the tone in Roys voice was so cold it could freeze beer.
"As for you two I'll give you the choice to either Run or die. So take your pick and choose quickly. " Roy was addressing the assailants of the young Codie. Roy ignited his Ring , and struck it into a box. Out emerged a phoenix that Flew fast toward where the shot came from. The Phoenix also used it's ability. So everything on it's way to the attackers began to melt.
