Call it a "live and let live" mentality; so long as you don't disrupt his peace, he sure as hell won't upset yours. Given how relaxed and nonjudgmental Sho is for the most part, it's easy for people to get along with him. This, compounded with the point that he is easily intrigued by his fellow humans and relentlessly curious in regards to their personal philosophies, makes him seem like an easy person to befriend, doesn't it? But here's the doozie: as fascinated as he can be with humanity, Sho is quite possibly the laziest person you will ever have the (dis)pleasure of meeting. He's not fond of complicated friendships, of those who cannot understand his unmotivated, lackadaisical ways. As such, prospective friends are typically limited to those who are capable of standing his laziness, share mutual interests, or simply complement him personality-wise. ENEMIES When it comes to enemies, Sho generally flies low on the radar and avoids pissing people off, but he doesn't actively go out of his way to appease people. If people don't get along with him, they don't get along with him; it's just that simple. It's generally difficult to get on his nerves, but when angered, Sho can be quite a force to be reckoned with. At times, he can also be a bit of a thrill seeker, to the point that he's capable of committing willing acts of destruction and vandalism to sate his own boredom. There's also the point that he can be a condescending dick if he finds reason to look down on you. Naturally, there are many people who dislike these facets of him: his laziness, his thrill-seeking ways, and his devil-may-care attitude, among other things. Then there are those who view him as a rival or enemy due to his fighting prowess or his affiliation with the Maguro Famiglia. Overall, for the most part, enemies are limited to those who have pissed him off, people he's pissed off, rivals, and quite possibly members of other families. LOVERS Although the concept of love has a decent premise, it's only too easy for relationships to get messy and overly complicated—the antithesis to what Sho wants, in other words. He's not particularly interested in having a lover, but he's not totally adverse to the idea; chances are that if someone were to get along with him really well, regardless of gender, he wouldn't mind a relationship. It's just maintaining the relationship that bothers him; after all, Sho is infamous for being a lazy bastard. If you have any ideas, by all means tell, but I guarantee nothing! OTHERS There are probably plenty of other relationships Sho can have with others; I can't really think of any that I'd turn down from the get-go. So, feel free to launch your ideas at me—I won't bite! |
